Orders

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. All orders are prepared and dispatched from Spain. When your order is ready for dispatch from our warehouses, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the name of the courier company. You can use this tracking number to track your parcel. Our courier will contact you the day before delivery.

Delivery Costs

• Spain (Mainland) and Portugal: 12 euros (first item) + 2 euros per additional item.
• Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): Please enquire by email

Delivery Times

Delivery times range from two to fifteen days, depending on the destination and the type of component.

Order Delivery

Any damage or shortage during transport must be noted by the Buyer on the carrier’s delivery note so that the Seller can subsequently lodge a claim with the carrier.

Returns Policy

You may return your order within the first fifteen days of receiving it. In the event of a return, it is important to call our customer service helpline before returning the item. We will then issue a refund for the full purchase price, minus the delivery charges, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the order to our warehouses.

To protect the items, they must be returned only in their original packaging and all protective materials must be included.

Warranties

The products supplied are covered by the warranty terms set out in the manufacturer’s certificate.

Amendments

TDMED, S.L. reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without prior notice.

Jurisdiction

The Buyer and the Seller expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled and submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
