Allison is the ideal transmission for off-road vehicles – off-highway. The Allison Off-Road Series (ORS) is a new, technologically advanced generation of smaller, lighter and more robust transmissions, specially designed for all types of off-road applications ranging from 44,500 kg to 81,000 kg.

TDMED has its own workshops, a test bench for valve boxes and a dynamometer test bench for automatic transmissions, where every transmission is tested after repair to ensure the highest level of reliability.
We also offer a “exchange transmission” service so that your vehicle can remain on the road whilst your transmission is being repaired.
For the optimal maintenance of your gearbox, TDMED recommends genuine filters and spare parts, the only ones that guarantee the durability, performance and fuel economy set by the manufacturer’s standards.
Furthermore, the high-performance synthetic oil Transynd, developed by Allison, meets the TES668 quality standard – one of the most demanding on the market – and allows you to extend your transmission’s service interval by up to six times, from 500 to 3,000 hours, with savings of up to 50 per cent on labour, downtime, filters and waste management.
TDMED maintains a large stock of spare parts in Madrid, which, together with that of Allison Europe, achieves a stock availability rate of over 94 per cent, with the option of 24-hour delivery.
