At TDMED, we work to ensure that our technical product solutions are tailored to the needs of each professional application, whether by installing new equipment, carrying out motor replacements or modifying the hardware and software of electronic systems.
Focused on advising manufacturers and end users, we seek viable solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each application, carrying out tasks such as:
- Definition of technical and product specifications for the application of engines and automatic gearboxes.
- Carrying out implementation and adaptation projects, from the design process right through to the final installation in vehicles and industrial equipment.
- Definition and design of auxiliary equipment for control and installation required for the application.
- Definition of application and assembly drawings.
- Validation of the project and operating parameters.
- Performance calculations for systems incorporating our products.
The designs or components developed by TDMED are tested in a CAD programme and then passed on to our specialists for production.
As well as selecting the appropriate components for each machine design, we ensure that the machine operates in accordance with key technical specifications. Finally, we validate these specifications during a thorough acceptance test.
In this way, our engineers support their clients throughout the design and manufacturing stages.
