SEAENERGY marine generators are the solution for on-board energy demands, in a power range from 45 to 470 kVA, with versions of 1500 rpm (50 Hz) and 1800 rpm (60 Hz). With an individualized configuration for each vessel, SEAENERGY generators are manufactured by TDMED POWER SYSTEMS, a company specialized in on-site power generation since 1987. TDMED puts its knowledge in the hands of clients who want to bring us specific technical requirements. The result must be a completely customized solution.
SEAENERGY YACHTING
Specially designed for recreational vessels, the generators of the Yachting range are equipped with soundproof housing to achieve the proper DB reduction on board.
With great soundproofing and customized to the client according to the available spaces in the engine room. The cabin is modular, with removable panels, to have comfortable access to the boat.

Our team designs solutions by gathering the opinion of vessel operators and builders so that their advice allows us to make the generator they are looking for.
Clients can take standard models as reference, but SEAENERGY generators are customized, and are manufactured and modified at the factory according to customer requirements.
The Heart of SEA ENERGY
SEAENERGY has chosen John Deere engines for the composition of the generator set. This choice is simply due to the great reliability of the engine, designed for applications that require constant power and with a high load percentage, together with the durability needed in an application like marine.
TDMED has been since 1994 one of the largest distributors of John Deere Power Systems in the EMEA area and, as specialized engineering in propulsion and on-site power generation, knows like no one else the heart of its generator sets. Thanks to direct contact with the factory for the definition and configuration of its components, TDMED manages to offer practical SEAENERGY generators that are highly competitive.
We permanently have more than 100 John Deere marine engines in stock in our Madrid warehouses and a wide variety of alternators (Stamford, Leroy Somer and Mecc Alte among others) for customized and as agile supply as possible.
Likewise, we have groups of different configurations for immediate delivery.
Constant Monitoring and Control
Our control and monitoring system is based on the Modbus TCP/RTU protocol which allows its integration with other distribution panels and energy management systems immediately.
We also have a remote diagnostic solution for agile incident resolution. From TDMED we will connect through Ethernet or remote connection via GPRS, maintaining data confidentiality and handling data from the engine and other systems to guarantee vessels all our knowledge to solve problems remotely if possible or generate a report for quick resolution in port.
The monitoring system also allows automatic start, shutdown or alarm management, among other functions.
The objective, in summary, is to guarantee the maximum number of operating hours in the ideal regime for the generator.

Adapted Cooling Systems
SEAENERGY can have different configurations for equipment cooling, adapting to the ideal for each application. Keel Cooling, heat exchanger cooling Heat Exchanger for diesel propulsion, electric generator and auxiliary pumps; or simple radiator cooling for use in ports and emergency situations.

We Comply with the User and the Planet
With the help of selective catalytic reduction (SCR), we offer a wide range of marine generator sets that comply with IMO Tier III emission standards. We also offer different engine options that meet EU Stage V Marine requirements.
We supply our generator sets with other integrated exhaust gas aftertreatment systems such as the DPF particulate filter. We provide configurations with DPF, DPF/SCR combinations and SCR-only solutions, depending on the particular requirements of each case and seeking the greatest simplicity that complies with emission legislation and its requirements.
Bench-Tested Reliability
All SEAENERGY marine generators undergo exhaustive quality tests on our resistance bench for generators and on our two engine test benches up to 4,000 hp. Both in the design phase and before delivery to our client, the result is above-average reliability.
The generators have protection against corrosion and vibrations that keep the controller, engine and alternator safe from marine environmental conditions and strong vibrations.
We always use original parts and our consumable accessories are specifically designed to keep the SEAENERGY generator running at maximum performance.
