Una llamada desde 3000 kilómetros de distancia y una petición urgente: un barco turco necesita renovar su sistema de propulsión. Quiere uno más avanzado y que cumpla con altas cotas de exigencia. En Transdiesel nos ponemos manos a la obra y elegimos un par de motores John Deere de 500CV. Serán más que suficientes, tenemos stock y capacidad de asesoramiento en origen y destino. Sólo así podemos comprometernos a completar el proceso en menos de 4 semanas.

Durante dicho período realizamos conferencias a 3 con armador e instalador. En ellas repasamos cada detalle y necesidad de la embarcación así como la adecuación de los motores a la misma. Además personalizamos y ajustamos el producto añadiendo 23 metros de cables de motor al panel del puente, complementando los 12 que proporciona John Deere.

Nuevos sistemas de propulsión y pruebas de mar en Turquía

Por si fuera poco, al estar el barco clasificado por ABS aportamos cálculos de los apoyos (silemblocks), curvas de potencia y Type Approval, entre otros datos. Para redondear el servicio integral de Transdiesel, dos miembros de nuestro equipo viajaron a Estambul para ayudar en la instalación final así como para supervisar las primeras pruebas de mar.

En la actualidad la mejora de la navegación y las prestaciones del barco es evidente y deriva en un elevado grado de satisfacción de capitán y tripulación.
